G.O.A.T. Coach Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the G.O.A.T. Coach app ("the app") and goatcoach.uk. The app is run by Nick Rose, United Kingdom. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which also applies.

What the app does

G.O.A.T. Coach helps tennis coaches take registers, track payments, chart matches and keep players engaged. It is a coaching tool. It does not replace your own judgement, your club's safeguarding procedures, or professional medical or first-aid advice.

Subscriptions

• The app offers two paid plans, Lite and Pro. The current price and billing period of each plan are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price unless you were told about a change in advance.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Your rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected.

Your data

Player names, charts, notes and payment records you enter stay on your device. If you use Send companion, a small amount of data is stored on our server for the online account and invites. See our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having permission to record the players you coach, including parental consent for juniors where your club or the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, copy or resell it, try to break its security, or use it to store anything unlawful.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable but cannot promise it will always be error-free or available. We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss of data stored on your device. Please keep your device backed up.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
